Andre Proite

Andre has been working with debt management over the past 15 years in areas such as contingent liabilities, financial and budget programing, cash management, investor relations, risk models and retail sales program.  Before joining the WB in Oct-18 he was the head of the back office department in the Brazilian Debt Management Office of the Treasury, where he also had led the investor relations unit, responsible for engaging with the investors community and the financial sector.    As a Senior Debt Specialist at the Macroeconomics Trade and Investment (MTI) Global Practice of the World Bank, he is engaged in the assessment and reform plan of public debt management besides providing training to practioneers.
