Jérôme Thill

Jérôme Thill has served as General Manager of Cerba Group since 2010, having joined the Group in 2005 as CFO.  

Cerba Health Care is a French clinical diagnostics company and one of the leading clinical diagnostic groups in Europe. It is the majority owner of Cerba Lancet Africa, one of the leading clinical diagnostic companies in South Africa, and operates diagnostic labs in Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania, Uganda, Ghana, Nigeria, Zambia, Mozambique and Swaziland. In the spring of 2021, IFC plans to extend a 20 million Euro loan to Cerba Lancet Africa to expand its diagnostic capacities across Sub-Saharan Africa.

Prior to joining Cerba, Jérôme served as Chief Financial Officer of Molecular Engines Laboratories, a biotechnology company focused on the development of anti-cancer drugs from 2003 to 2005.  Jérôme also served as Partner at Dirigeants & Investisseurs, a turnaround firm and worked in the structured finance department at Barclays.

Jérôme received a Master in Business Administration from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris in 1988.
