Augustine has spent 28 years in the Public Service, 15 years of which were in supporting policy and implementation of the Youth Development agenda in Kenya. He has first-hand and extensive field experience and knowledge in tackling youth employment challenges at the regional and sub regional level having worked as a District Youth Officer, Provincial Director of youth and County Director Youth Gender and Culture. He is currently the National Project Coordinator for the Kenya Youth Employment and Opportunities Project (KYEOP), a World Bank-financed project of US$150 million aimed at creating employment and earning opportunities for vulnerable youth in Kenya.
