Cristina Martínez Pinto is the Founder and CEO of the PIT Policy Lab. As a tech policy entrepreneur with over 12 years of professional experience, she works to advance people-centered technological development and technology governance in Latin America. She holds a bachelor’s degree in international affairs by Tec de Monterrey and a master’s in public policy from Georgetown University. She is a Responsible AI Fellow by Microsoft and the Stimson Center, a Fellow of Virginia Tech’s Institute for Leadership in Technology and was named DEI 2023 Leader of the Year by Women in Artificial Intelligence North America.
