Maeen Abdulmalik Saeed

H. E. Dr. Maeen Abdulmalik Saeed was appointed the Prime Minister of the Republic of Yemen in October 2018. Prior to this position, H.E. Dr. Saeed served as the Minister of Public Works and Roads in Yemen during 2017-2018 and the Vice-Minister of Public Works and Roads from 2015- 2017. He was also a member of the Conciliation Commission at Yemen's National Dialogue Conference from 2013- 2015 and the rapporteur of the Constitution Drafting Commission in 2014. Over the course of his career, he gained extensive experience through his work in academia as well as the public and private sectors. H.E. Dr. Saeed holds a Master’s and Doctorate degree in architecture and design theories from the Faculty of Engineering at Cairo University. He is married and has three children.
