José Thomas

José Thomas is Director General of Schools for the Government of Mendoza, Argentina. With vast experience in the academic field, he previously served as educational manager at the Instituto Cuyano de Educación Integral (ICEI); professor of Social Sciences and ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) and a primary school teacher. Thomas has a degree in educational technologies from the National Technological University (UTN) and a diploma in educational management at UTN.
